How we work at Scandia Housing:

First, Thorbjornsson or another of his senior managers will visit you at a convenient time to talk with you and determine the scope of the work you envision. Estimates are always free of charge.

Once you agree to contract our services, we’ll set up a start time and estimated date of completion, along with a payment schedule, based on the specific requirements of the job.

You can count on our people to arrive on time for work and to be respectful of your surroundings, furnishings and schedule.

Before we begin work, certain jobs may require that you complete a pre-job questionnaire so that we know all your preferences up front. We take special care to protect surfaces, furniture and floors as part of doing a complete and professional job.

Once your job is complete, our work is warranted for a minimum of one full year. If you should find a problem with that job within that timeframe, call us and we’ll quickly correct the problem. Scandia Housing has grown primarily through word of mouth, so your satisfaction is our number-one priority.
